FUNCTIONAL FEATURES OF ENVIRONMENTALLY-ORIENTED ENTERPRISE  IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROINTEGRATION

In the field of environmental protection, the legal bases and requirements for the process of approximation of the legislation of Ukraine to the law of the European Union are defined both by the basic international legal norms of bilateral cooperation and by the norms of national legislation. In the context of European integration processes, the relevance of the problem of achieving ecological balance in domestic agricultural production leads to the formation of a concept of entrepreneurial activity that combines ecological, economic and social aspects of development and takes into account the relevant functional features.
